Kirat Yakkha Chhumma UK community AGM - 28-08-2011
Kirat Yakkha Chhumma UK annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on 28 Aug 2011 at 1030 hours sharp. The venue will be North West Kent College, Oakfield Lane, Dartford, Kent, DA1 2JT.
The meeting will be crucial for our community because, we have very important agendas to discuss and put it into the place like; new committee member’s election, new membership fee set it up and many more. It sound like too early to select new committee members but it has to be done in this general meeting because, due to once a year general meeting. The next annual general meeting will be in Aug/Sept 2012 so, it will be too late to select new committee members on that general meeting and new elected committee member’s term will start end of Aug 2012. Therefore, we have decided to do election for new committee member now rather then later.
It’s best time to discuss all the issues towards community future and every one must understand that it will be happened once a year. If you missed your golden opportunity to share your brighter ideas then you have to wait until next AGM and it may be too late so, I strongly suggested don’t let it happen.
Finally, I would like to request to all colleagues and friends must arrange your duty on the given date above and be there along with your heart burning questions and latest technologies ideas to move this community into modernise system.
I also urge to all available Yakkhas are to attend the annual general meeting because, all the issues are extremely vital for our community and that has to be done in this meeting. If any one unable to attend the meeting but you have concerned regarding the community issues please let me know as soon as possible.
Please disseminate this information among our colleagues and friends in your area.
Thank you for your co-operation.
